Spiritual Tarot & Guidance ~ A Hidden Gift

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance ~ A Hidden Gift. 22nd-28th august 2021. Cards: Temperance, Justice, Knight of Cups, A Hidden Gift.

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance ~ A Hidden Gift

Hi everyone ~ this reading is for the 22nd ~ 28th August 2021, but I trust as always that whenever it finds you that the Spiritual & Angelic realms will have a message for you in this reading that also applies at that time.

The theme behind the message from the spiritual and angelic realms for this week I feel is to reinforce the message of last weeks reading which was the need to trust ourselves and our intuition more, listening and trusting more the inner voice that tries to guide us, the gut feeling we get when something just doesn’t feel right. (If you didn’t get the opportunity to read last weeks reading you can find it here: https://medium2spirit.blog/2021/08/13/spiritual-tarot-guidance-shine-your-light/

I say this because our first card drawn this week come from the Gaia Oracle Deck and it is card the card A Hidden Gift. Through this card I feel that the spiritual and angelic realms are acknowledging the pain of loss and sadness that so many of us are going through at present which is worldwide and far more prevalent than we would normally be expected to deal with.

They bring with it a message that is both difficult to give, to hear and accept. The message is that when we lose someone or something that we love and are deeply attached to, it also brings with is not just the feeling of loss but also the fear of change. It is a part of our human nature to fear the change and sadness that accompanies the loss of something or someone we loved so much.

The message they bring to us is that with with loss and change comes an ending and therefore a new beginning. Nothing is ever truly lost, it simply transforms into something new, just as we leave our earthly body when it is our time to leave this world and start a bright new beginning as we return to our true home, The Spirit World. That is a part of the “Hidden Gift”, that with every ending there is always a new beginning and that the love and memories will live forever in our heart.

Our next card (Justice) also reminds us of the natural laws of Balance, Truth, Karma, Wisdom and Accountability. It can also as you may know speak of the need to deal with the legal system in some way. So please be careful and pay extra attention when dealing with legal matters!

I feel the message that the spiritual and angelic realms wish to draw us to through the card of Justice is our need to learn from all of our past experiences both good and bad and use them for our own personal growth. They are encouraging to us take a along look at ourselves and try to free ourselves from any negativity that could be causing an imbalance in our life.( the scales of Justice).

I feel this why they have also given us the card of Temperance. This is also a card of finding balance, the ability to take the middle path as we walk our own pathway, of finding a balance between right and wrong, and the ability of being able to make the right decision however difficult it may be, rather than choosing taking the easy way out.

Our final message from the spiritual and angel realms comes to us through the Knight of Cups. The most well used meaning of the Knight of Cups if you are someone looking for love is that he can signify someone new entering your life. However although he is a classic romantic and passionate soul, he can also signify someone who is in love with the idea of being in love! This could be you or them so tread very carefully!

I feel the message the spiritual and angelic realms wish to draw our attention to more is the other qualities that he possesses. He wears his heart on his sleeve, he’s honest and passionate in his thoughts and words. He is intuitive and has no problems in speaking up about the things he is passionate about, and has no problem expressing his emotions.

The card that signifies the overall energy for this reading is “A Hidden Gift”. The message from the spirit and angelic realms throughout this reading is their way of letting us know that the “Hidden Gift/s” applies to all of us, and is within all of us.

We all possess the qualities, gifts and abilities represented by the cards used in this reading within us. The spiritual and angelic realms are asking us to recognise this, to dig deep within ourselves and to both find and use our own Hidden Gifts.

Until next time… Please take care and stay safe.

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance ~ Shine your light.

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance ~ Shine your light. 7 of Cups, 2 of Swords, Queen of Cups, The Star.

Spiritual Tarot & Guidance ~ Shine your light

Hi everyone ~ this reading is for the 14th ~ 21st August 2021, but I trust that whenever it finds you that the Spiritual & Angelic realms will have a message for you in this reading that also applies at that time.

The message coming through from them is about the need to believe in ourselves more. Some of us I feel are at a crossroads in our lives (7 of Cups) and realy don’t know which way to turn next. It’s being made harder by the fact that we might not yet have all the information that we need, we can’t yet see the full picture.

We feel at a crossroads (2 of Swords) because we are confused which option to take but we know we have to make a choice. The advice hear is for us too close our eyes and to trust our intuition, if our intuition isn’t working as well as it should then that is a sign that we should trust in ourselves more and our ability to make the right descion.

With this in mind the spiritual and angelic realms are bringing there support though our next card the Queen of Cups. She is one of the most highly intuitive cards in Tarot. we are being asked to make use of her intellect, her strentgh, sensitivity, compassion and healing.

The spiritual and angelic realms are reminding us that we have the ability to connect to our intuition at greater level than we realise. They are asking us to listen more closely to the guidance of our own spirit (intuition) and trust in the inner voice that speaks to us.

It is through this voice that spirit and the angels often to speak to us. We are being asked to release any self-doubt or limiting beliefs that we may be holding onto. This is the message coming through from The Star, and the one that signifies the overarching energy of this reading.

We are being given the Light that shines from the star in the image on the card for us to hold on to. We are also being given the healing energy that the star card possesses to help us heal from the tragic events that some of us have experienced. We are being helped with the inspiration that we need to move forward on the right path, make the right descions, and the courage to let go of past hurts.

As we let go our own insecurities, believe more in our own abilities, trust our intuition more our own light will shine brighter and we will be able to move forward with renewed hope and greater clarity.

Take care and stay safe

Words, Trust and Relationships

Words, Trust and Relationships.

Words, Trust and Relationships

Interpersonal relationships are social connections, associations and affiliations between people. They vary in levels of depth and intimacy and cover different aspects such as friendship, family, boy-girl relationship and marriage. Regardless of the different kinds of relationship or the different role which a person plays in a social entity, conflicts may arise and can strain a relationship. Trust is an important element in maintaining a healthy and harmonious relationship. Conflicts normally arise due to the betrayal of trust between two parties in a relationship. Whenever there is a conflict, parties may resort to hurling harsh words and insults on each other which may eventually lead to emotional stress.

Trust is the pillar which supports relationships. Lies are the culprits for distrust and suspicion in relationships. Lies should be taken seriously because for every time a lie is told, the level of trust will drop and create more and more suspicion between parties. Eventually, the person who tells the lies will lose their credibility and this will strain the relationship. In today’s modern society of heightened stress and competition, lies are inevitable and serve as a convenient tool to evade trouble and protect oneself. However, this form of convenience is exchanged with the reduction in trust. A person who has their trust misplaced before may have difficulty trusting people again. Therefore, with regards of relationship, once there is zero trust between both parties, this relationship has failed. Honesty is the best policy!

Words can be the most powerful tool but the most destructive weapon in the world. Words can be in the form of praise and compliment but also a weapon that can hurt and leave an emotional scar in a person. For instance, rumors are able to cause a person to break down and become adversely affected because of the large number of people being involved. When it comes to relationship, hurtful remarks and insults being hurled on a person in the fit of anger during conflicts can deeply affect the person’s psychological and emotional state. The impact of these words can be further intensified especially when it come out from a person who you are closely attached to. The emotional effect may heal over time but it can also change a person’s perception of humanity and relationships permanently.

In conclusion, trust and words are closely related to each other in a relationship. Any incorrect management of these two important elements can strain a relationship. Anger management, character building and emotional stress management are crucial to prevent conflicts and handle any aftermath of failed relationships. Therefore, one should not take things to be granted and learn to cherish relationships.

The Essence of Spirituality

Spirituality, we can say, is the ability to cultivate one part of the man’s nature; his spirit, through meditation, through internalization, by meeting with himself. This experience somehow implies a certain detachment from the dimension of the material and body.

The human being in its depth has the ability to grasp what lies beyond appearances, beyond what is seen and listened, the thought, the feeling. He apprehends the other side of things. They are not just things. They could represent symbols and metaphors of another reality beyond that, a sign from what they were, what they remind, an underlying meaning.

Human beings can perceive values and meanings, not just facts and events. What really matters is not the things that happen to us, but what they mean for our lives and the experiences they provide us. Things then start to have another meaning: remind us of what we have experienced and feed our inner selves. It is not without reason that some people surround themselves with objects that bring to them good memories. Those objects are no longer objects. They are stories, they speak, remember, they are meaningful to the heart.

Perceiving things in this way, the depth of the world, of others and his own depth is spirituality. Spirituality is the moment of consciousness by which we grasp the meaning and value of things. Furthermore, it is that state of consciousness through which we see the whole and ourselves as part and parcel of that whole. The uniqueness of human beings is to experience their own depth. Listening to themselves, they realize that it is from their heart, that feelings like compassion, love, the identification with others as one, emerge. They realize a divine presence that is always with us, always inside us.

Accept this energy belongs to our experience of life, hear it, and integrate it into your lives. It is spirituality in its basic essence. This energy is present in every person and in all stages of life. The depth represents to us the human spirit, feeling it, is what we call spirituality.

This experience has an effect of irradiation of serenity, of deep peace and fearlessness. We can feel loved, accepted and we realize that we are never alone. Spirituality is a way of life, a basic attitude to be lived at all times and under all circumstances. Even within the daily dealings of home, work, even when driving a car, or talking to our friends, or living in intimacy with the loved ones. The person that accepts their own spiritual depth in his everyday life can have more peace, will radiates vitality and enthusiasm, because they know that they carry within themself something bigger. They belong to something wider, as spiritual awareness is within their presence.

This spirituality, in modern life is sometimes so forgotten, though is necessary condition for an integrated and simple life. It can be even a way to understand the cause of our fears and complexes, like those that are more difficult to be understood by many; the transition is one of them.

For a spiritual person transition is a natural process of life, it not a beginning nor end, but transformation of spiritual heart, the next step.

The Adventure That Is Life

I was the oldest of four boys, and after our father died, mother supported us by taking in sewing. We were quite poor. I got an afterschool job as the janitor in a factory; it was the only way I’d have any money.

what's-your-storyAfter a couple of years I got bored with that, so I beat the pavement to just about every business in our small Ontario town. I found a job hammering nails. The cut in pay from $.40 per hour to $.30 per hour was worth it for the new experience. Unfortunately, this was to be a short-lived adventure; my new boss found out I was only 13, and child labor laws kicked in. I went back to my afterschool sweeping and toilets and kept a low profile…

My mother had always wanted me to go to university, but she died in a car crash when I was 16. Nevertheless, the janitoring and summer jobs financed my big adventure of going off to university. I was the first from my mother’s side to do so.

I had come to realize by the time I was 12 that I could choose to look at my life as a series of crises: drowning and resuscitation, abduction and torture, abduction and sexual abuse, father dying, poverty, my teacher labeling me “slow.” Alternatively, I could choose to look at my life as a series of adventures: solo hiking and exploring, hitchhiking to Toronto to spend a week each year at the CNE, long bicycling adventures, building a boat and riding the spring floodwaters amidst the ice jams on the local river, learning to hunt with a 12-gauge shotgun. I chose adventure over crisis.

When you are confronted with a life event, you are given a choice as to how you interpret it. And let’s face it; life has its ups and downs.

A “down” could be a disaster like a marriage failure… or the opening for the adventure of remarriage. I’ve been blessed with that adventure twice.

Another not uncommon disaster is a job loss or business failure that leads to the loss of your hard-earned material possessions. However, losing our business, our house and our vehicles cut our material ties to the east and led to the adventure of starting over on the west coast. Without the business crash two decades ago, my adventures in writing might never have begun.

Family is one of life’s big adventures, and three of my adult children dying in the last five years have been tragic. However, the time before each one died was one of deep mutual reconnection and re-bonding as we said our goodbyes… and that has been another blessing.

The nature of adventure changes with the lifecycle. I gave up motorcycle adventure touring a couple of years ago (downgraded to four wheels) and am now much more focused on my healing work and internet outreach work.

I invite you to reflect on the positive adventures of your life that have arisen from the ashes of the not so positive.

Connecting With the Archangels

Archangel Michael. The angelic realm's mission is to protect, nurture, and guide humanity.

Connecting With the Archangels

The angelic realm’s mission is to protect, nurture, and guide humanity. Races, cultures, and religions may have diverse and conflicting doctrines, but they all have one thing in common—a belief in Angels. In fact, 85 percent of all religions reference Angels in some form or another.

Angelic Beings team up to assist us in connecting the physical world to the spiritual world. Angels offer unconditional love, which is the essence of all that is. Open yourself up to the possibility that Angels exist and invite them to help you with self-love, well-being, abundance, love, prosperity, peace, and joy. By asking, you allow them to assist on your behalf. Angels always honour free will and act only once invited, so remember to ask.

A Four-Step Process

There is a simple four-step process that will assist you in connecting with the Archangels.

1. Ask—Begin by asking for assistance: For the angels to help in any area of your life, you must first “ask” for their assistance. There is no right or wrong way to do this. A simple intention works just as well as a verbal expression or a telepathic conversation. Simply saying, “Angels, please help me,” is enough.

Asking in a way that feels appropriate to you will ensure that the Angels will answer your call and stand by your side. The important step is to recognize that you are in need of support, guidance, direction, encouragement, etc., and be willing to ask for it.

2. Allow—Release the need to control the situation and be open to receive: Allowing is as easy as “getting out of your own way.” When you release the need to control situations, people, and emotions, and just allow the flow and the laws of the Universe to work on your behalf, then you open up room for all of the good to come into your life.

Allowing frees up your energy to do the things that make you happy and to receive the abundance that is innately yours. Your Angels always see your life from the perspective of allowing. They support that vision “for you” and “within you” until you are able to feel it for yourself.

The sooner you learn to let go of resistance and start affirming what you desire, the sooner you will come into alignment with what you are asking for. Once the asking and allowing are in alignment with one another, then you are well on your way to believing.

3. Believe—Trust that the Angels will guide you in perfect divine time: Trust can be one of the most difficult attitudes to adopt, especially when you do not have any evidence that you will receive what you desire.

Trusting typically requires you to be vulnerable with others and, in this case, with the Angels. I made a decision a long time ago when I started working with the angelic realm, and that decision was to give up “suspicions.” I made a conscious choice to be optimistic rather than pessimistic, and that choice proved to be instrumental in my working relationship with my Archangels.

So it is your choice to trust that you are being guided in the perfect divine time. If you are feeling a desire from your heart, trust that the Angels will guide you in the perfect way for your highest good.

4. Receive—Listen to your intuitive guidance and give thanks: You’ve asked, allowed, and believed. The last step is to now receive. Your Archangels and guides will send you many messages. It could be a song on the radio, the flicker of a light, a sign on a bus, the letters on a license plate.

Messages come in many ways and many forms, and I ask that you be open to receiving them in ways that may be new or different to you. As the messages and signs appear, you will find that they will validate that you are on the right path. And, finally, remember to give thanks for the abundance, joy, happiness, and love that are presently in your life. Don’t give up five minutes before the miracle happens. Stay open to receive all that is yours.
