Warding Off Negative Influences – How To Keep Your Aura Strong

Every person has a unique aura that reflects their current condition. People who  are sick or emotionally upset have weak shadowy auras, while healthy happy  people have auras that are strong bright auras. A strong healthy aura is  essential in blocking negative influences from draining energy and vitality from  us.

There is no scientific definition for an aura. Many scientists are  certain they do not exist. Others, while they are open-minded, can not describe  auras in scientific terms. Some people present photographs as evidence of auras, but many sceptic declare them to be fakes. However, people with psychic abilities can see and read auras. It is possible  that the halos you see in traditional religious art are actually auras. For this  article, we accept the reality of auras as fact.

People with strong  positive auras are naturally charismatic and attract others to them. They tend  to be more successful in getting things done and getting support from other  people. People with negative auras tend to be self-promoters that drive others  away from them, and those with strong negative auras may be evil. It is possible  that negative auras can become parasitic and literally steal energy from  positive auras.

It is important to remember that the aura has little  power of its own. It derives from a person’s internal condition – physical,  psychological, emotional, and spiritual. It is the tool by which psychic healers judge a person’s overall health and  well-being. To have a strong positive aura means you have a strong healthy body,  well-balanced psychological and emotional health, and a spiritual maturity and  strength.

A weak or negative aura indicates physical illness or disease,  conflicted emotions, unresolved psychological issues, and/or limited spiritual  development. Therefore, when you strengthen your aura, you are actually making  progress in becoming a healthier, more well-balanced person with a stronger  spiritual base.

Negative people can and do influence positive people.  Psychics can actually see this in the interaction of auras where the negative  person’s aura seems to drain the positive person’s aura of its energy and light.  The positive person will feel it when it happens – they may feel more tired or  weaker, their mood may lose some sparkle, or they may get a feeling of  uneasiness or anxiety.

On the other hand, positive people can influence  negative people as well. Their energy and vitality can literally flow into a  person with a negative or weak aura. Psychic healers do this. They send, through  their aura, positive energy to the negative person. And the stronger the  positive person, the stronger their aura, the less likely they will be to let a  negative person steal their energy.

No one wants to be around a person  who is constantly pessimistic and depressed. That’s because the negativity is  contagious. They negative person literally drains more positive people. But the  stronger you are, the healthier and happier you are, the less vulnerable you  will be to negative influences.

What causes negative auras?

People  with negative auras are frequently seriously ill, whether it is due to a  physical, mental, or spiritual disease. Drinking, smoking, and taking drugs can  weaken your aura. Stress, conflict, and violence can, too. Too little exercise, mental stimulation, positive social interaction, or spiritual connection can produce a dark weak aura. And engaging in immoral activities can be disastrous – crime, deviant behaviours, and misuse of your fellow man can produce an aura as  dark and thick as night. Negative auras can be extremely powerful, reflecting  the inner turmoil that creates them, and they can influence the people around  them in very serious ways.

Some people believe that negative energy isn’t  always associated with a living human being. Restless spirits of people who  passed away before they were able to resolve conflicts are one example of a  negative entity that can still influence the living. And just as there are  positive spirits, like angels, there are negative ones. No one can prove or  disprove their existence, but many people have experienced the powerful effects  of having negative entities influencing their lives.

How can I protect myself from negative energy and  auras?

People with positive auras, on the other hand, are better able to  withstand negative influences. Their good health is a strong protective barrier, and they less susceptible to drains on their energy and vitality. If you want to  have a stronger, more positive aura, you need to become a stronger, more  positive person.

There are also techniques we can use to protect  ourselves from negative energies and entities and maintain a healthy aura. All  of these techniques serve to help become more powerful in our psychic abilities  and more sensitive to external influences that might harm us.

An  important first step is to learn to use and trust your intuition. For example,  have you ever been involved in a conversation with someone and felt a knot form  in your stomach? This knot was telling you that this person is negative and may  be draining your energy. Relying on those internal messages more may be one way  to protect your positive energy and aura.

However, many people have  trouble distinguishing intuitive knowledge from emotional reaction. When you  begin to develop your intuitive skills, you must take care that you’re not  letting your feelings about a situation masquerade as intuition. There is no  school or class for telling the difference. The best way to learn is through  trial and error, being willing to make mistakes, and through self-knowledge.

Looking into your motivations is important. Perhaps you got that knot in  your stomach because you wanted to punch the person in the mouth. That is not  intuition. It is emotion. You are the only person who can interpret these signs,  and self-knowledge is an important tool in differentiating intuition from  irrational emotions.

Another way to become stronger and healthier, and to  have a strong positive aura, is to avoid things that weaken or harm you. Avoid  junk food, alcohol, drugs, and tobacco. They weaken your defences and personal  resolve. They cloud intuition and increase emotions. Counter-balancing the  avoidance of negative things is incorporating more healthy things into your  daily routine – exercise, nutritious foods, positive social experiences, prayer  and meditation.

Meditative activities strengthen you and your aura.  Listening to soothing music or reading an inspirational or uplifting book helps  clear your mind and body of negative influences and builds your resistance to  them. Meditation helps you tune out externalities and tune in to your own  strengths and wisdom. Meditation is a very important and rewarding tool for  becoming healthier and having a stronger, more positive aura.

You can  also use some objects that may have a healing or protective effect. Amulets are  thought to fend off negative spirits. They come in many shapes, forms, and sizes  and are made of a variety of materials. Used since time began by native and  primitive peoples, they can be worn as jewellery or carried in a pocket or purse. Some people use  specific stones as amulets. Popular stones for this purpose include onyx,  hematite, double-terminated quartz, and aragonite. They are also called  protection stones.

If you feel that you are being attacked and someone or  something is trying to drain your energy, you might try taking a physical  position to block it. The point is to protect yourself mentally, physically, and  spiritually at the same time. Take a position that blocks out external  influences by crossing your arms in front of your chest, cross your legs. Make  all your fingers on your left hand touch the fingers on your right hand. Close  your eyes, clear your mind, and take long slow even breaths until you begin to  feel comfortable and protected.

Closing yourself off in this way will  not only protect you from negative influences, it will stop your energy from  reaching other people. It’s a way to take a psychic break and allow you to  refresh and strengthen your own body and spirit. Your aura will, in turn, become  stronger, more light, and more resistant to negative influences.

Recovering our True Self: The Journey Out of Our Negative States

Down through the centuries, spiritual teachers of all traditions have differentiated between our mundane, invented personality so filled with stress, and our true identity characterized by serenity, constancy, and wisdom.  They urge us to discover our inner depths and that vaster Self which enables right action in the world. Everyone of us is meant to live with joy and compassionate outreach to the people around us. We are designed to be masters of our selves, capable of overcoming all the difficulties of life. This is our birthright, but in order to experience it, we must recognize how far we are from living in this manner, why this is so, and what efforts we must make to live in such a way. This new awareness and these efforts are the process that leads us out of our negative emotional habits in order to enter into the depths of our spiritual nature.

positive negative patternTo recover from our ingrained habits and our subconscious imitations of parents and peers is truly spiritual warfare.  It is the narrow way that few want to travel as it requires going against the grain of our own behavior.  It is making the hard choices rather than taking the easy way as we always have.  This process takes place in the trenches of our most ordinary interactions with the world.  Authentic spiritual development takes place in that moment of irritation, that moment of unkindness, that moment of selfishness that we encounter the heat of the battle.  This inner battle determines who we are and how we live this life during our brief journey through time.

Here then are some specific methods for recovering from those toxic habits:

The first and most fundamental effort is the objective study of ourselves. Why? Because nothing real can take place until we know what we are dealing with. We cannot take for granted that we know how or why we function the way we do. If you want to operate a computer, you have to learn the software. Human beings are complex software indeed and are rarely user friendly. So tryobserving yourself from a completely neutral standpoint. Do not judge what you see. Just see it. Observe your reactions, your attitudes, your moods and the many aspects of yourself that take charge from moment to moment. If you do this with sincerity and courage, not justifying every action and passing thought, you will begin to see yourself more objectively and initiate the awareness of the Observing Self who will be the key to your recovery.

This simple effort begins the process of creating a space within you that is not completely hypnotized by external events. Though you still react to external circumstances through ingrained habit, there is now this sliver of your Self that is not pulled out of you. A new space of inner freedom is being created along with a new sense of a deeper identity than the surface personality.

Another critical aspect of this observation is the study of our negative states. You will be amazed at how much of our time is spent under the dominance of these dark moods and thoughts. You will catch yourself grumbling about other people, feeling dejected over this or that event, complaining about the weather, resenting something somebody said. Nothing healthy can grow under the constant downpour of this acid rain within you. Eventually, you will discover that you can free yourself from such unpleasant behavior and states of mind. Step one is to turn off the leaking faucet: stop expressing negative emotions.

This effort is the beginning of separating yourself from them. You don’t have to accept living in those dark states. You are not them. They are bad habits acquired over a lifetime. If you want healing and joy in your life, you must stop the momentum of negativity. One of the important things to observe about negative states is how much energy they take away from us. If you are aware of yourself before and after a moment of rage, you will see very clearly how much energy has been lost in that brief moment. We only have so much energy available to us each day, and we can use it to be healed and renewed, or we can squander it thoughtlessly.

So notice your thoughts before they plant themselves in your feelings and eventually manifest in your actions. Anger at a colleague or spouse can be caught before it has caused internal and external damage. In that more rational, detached place before the feeling has caught you by the throat, you can notice why you are angry. What is it in you that is reacting that way? What is it in your colleague that has caused his or her behavior which is so disturbing? Anger can then turn into compassion, or at least into a new insight about yourself or another.

After self-observation and separation from negative states comes the next all-important practice: becoming present to the moment. Experience the moment as it is, for what it is. Becoming present grounds you in reality here and now and takes you out of the tempests of imagination and inner talking that fill the mind with so much noise. Become present not only to your surroundings, but to your body. Relax the tensions that you haven’t even noticed before: In the shoulders, in the jaws, in the stomach. Begin to experience the revitalizing peace of being alive in this moment. Those of you familiar with meditation know how helpful it is to regulate one’s breathing in order to center oneself. Just breathing in and out slowly to ease the inner tensions is a powerful tool for nourishing your spirit in the moment. Learn to sit quietly for awhile. This is no luxury or idle behavior. We are so wracked with stress and worry that we cannot recover enough to get back in touch with ourselves until we are released from the grip of our anxieties. We rob ourselves of the very joy of living when we let ourselves fall into endless worry and nervous tension. Take time to let go of all that.

This daily effort teaches us to stop or at least to step back from the constant flow of thoughts that creates reality for us. This means that most of our worrying and anxious considerations fall by the wayside and we are able to rise above the clouds of our immediate concerns to the larger picture of our existence as a whole. Sometimes, however, the flood of thoughts refuses to slow no matter what we do. Our nerves are so frayed that we cannot achieve the simple peace of looking out the window and enjoying the view without anything coming to mind. That’s when you might employ the stop exercise. In the midst of a thought or daydream, tell yourself to stop and abruptly cut short what is going on in your mind. Then relax your body and look around you, just seeing what is there. Take a vacation from the inner turmoil.

So our daily practice for recovering from a life polluted with negative emotional habits includes: objective observation of our selves, separation from negative states, quieting the mind, and becoming present to the moment. You will notice how these practices begin to take us out of our usual nervous tension and keep us from mindlessly responding to everything around us by turning a portion of our attention inward and by expanding our perspective in the moment.  We then become more than our self-centered, habitual mass of reactions.

If you apply these techniques regularly, you will soon find yourself living more frequently in that space of peace, of centeredness, of recovery from being victims of automatic reactions. Then you will find that you become capable of a serenity and acceptance of what is, of a surrender of selfishness that empowers you to help others as well as yourself.

Such a journey of emotional and psychological recovery offers us a new spiritual empowerment which enables us to accept life as it comes, even with all its complications and the capacity to act rightly in any given situation. This developing inner power creates a free human being who is no longer entangled in his or her selfishness and constant stream of fears and desires. Such a person can journey through life in peace, with wisdom and compassion. Such a person makes the world a better place.

The Essence of Spirituality

Spirituality, we can say, is the ability to cultivate one part of the man’s nature; his spirit, through meditation, through internalization, by meeting with himself. This experience somehow implies a certain detachment from the dimension of the material and body.

The human being in its depth has the ability to grasp what lies beyond appearances, beyond what is seen and listened, the thought, the feeling. He apprehends the other side of things. They are not just things. They could represent symbols and metaphors of another reality beyond that, a sign from what they were, what they remind, an underlying meaning.

Human beings can perceive values and meanings, not just facts and events. What really matters is not the things that happen to us, but what they mean for our lives and the experiences they provide us. Things then start to have another meaning: remind us of what we have experienced and feed our inner selves. It is not without reason that some people surround themselves with objects that bring to them good memories. Those objects are no longer objects. They are stories, they speak, remember, they are meaningful to the heart.

Perceiving things in this way, the depth of the world, of others and his own depth is spirituality. Spirituality is the moment of consciousness by which we grasp the meaning and value of things. Furthermore, it is that state of consciousness through which we see the whole and ourselves as part and parcel of that whole. The uniqueness of human beings is to experience their own depth. Listening to themselves, they realize that it is from their heart, that feelings like compassion, love, the identification with others as one, emerge. They realize a divine presence that is always with us, always inside us.

Accept this energy belongs to our experience of life, hear it, and integrate it into your lives. It is spirituality in its basic essence. This energy is present in every person and in all stages of life. The depth represents to us the human spirit, feeling it, is what we call spirituality.

This experience has an effect of irradiation of serenity, of deep peace and fearlessness. We can feel loved, accepted and we realize that we are never alone. Spirituality is a way of life, a basic attitude to be lived at all times and under all circumstances. Even within the daily dealings of home, work, even when driving a car, or talking to our friends, or living in intimacy with the loved ones. The person that accepts their own spiritual depth in his everyday life can have more peace, will radiates vitality and enthusiasm, because they know that they carry within themself something bigger. They belong to something wider, as spiritual awareness is within their presence.

This spirituality, in modern life is sometimes so forgotten, though is necessary condition for an integrated and simple life. It can be even a way to understand the cause of our fears and complexes, like those that are more difficult to be understood by many; the transition is one of them.

For a spiritual person transition is a natural process of life, it not a beginning nor end, but transformation of spiritual heart, the next step.

Intuition ~ an Intuitives View

Intuition ~ an Intuitives View

In these days of burgeoning interest in all topics metaphysic, intuition and psychic phenomena have piqued the curiosity of many. Indeed, we have all, by and large, been fascinated by accounts of experiences involving psi (that elusive “x” factor that causes psychic phenomena), usually assuming that these phenomena belong to a realm out-of-the-ordinary and are not within the daily purview of most of us “common folk.”

As one who has delved more and more deeply into the world of intuition as a practicing intuitive, albeit somewhat unintentionally, I would like to share some of the things I’ve learned about these interest-provoking, yet little understood phenomena. I say “albeit somewhat unintentionally” because I did not set out years ago to have this as a career goal: it was not what I majored in in college nor something I had ever seen myself doing.

However, at the same time, being somewhat of a “reluctant” intuitive has given me an interesting perspective on this often misperceived topic as I had to develop and work with a faculty I didn’t even know was there.

I think what most of us do is to assume that intuitive/psychic phenomena are something that other people experience (and I’ll use these terms interchangeably in this article to refer to informational phenomena, rather than other forms involving psychokinesis, teleportation, etc.). One thing (of the many) that I’ve learned from doing this work is that everyone is intuitive and can have “psychic experiences.” Intuition is democratic; it really is everyone’s birthright.

I’ve also learned that what I used to consider as other-worldly really is a very natural part of life. Intuition and psychic knowing are actually another form of intelligence, another way of knowing and apprehending. For those who are interested in developing and using their full mental and knowing potential, developing and using their intuition is essential.

However, one flip side of this aspect of intuition is that, because intuition really is a form of intelligence, it is not always connected to spirituality. We have often assumed that intuitives, just because they are intuitive, are spiritually oriented; this ain’t necessarily so! As an ability, it can be used for good or ill, just like anything else.

Consider, for example, the reports of psychics who tell vulnerable clients that they have a curse on them and they can remove it for some exorbitant fee. Although this sort of misuse would appear to be in the minority, the point is that spirituality is not always a correlate of psychic ability nor, conversely, is psychic ability necessarily a portal to mystical wisdom and higher knowing. When the two are combined, however, ah, now that’s a beautiful thing! But I’m digressing….

One fascinating aspect of intuition is that it can come in many different forms and, just as I am convinced that everyone has intuitive ability, so too have I learned that the form it can take can vary greatly from one person to another.

I always assumed that intuitive or psychic information came in the form of sudden, strong awareness, almost like being hit by information, and, indeed, some people do get information like this. Intuitive insights can also be very subtle — a sense or feeling or impression about something.

And some people simply have a knowing about things; this knowing can be so deep that it will often be there with no effort, as if by osmosis, a knowing that is deeply integrated and ingrained and may just come to conscious awareness at the appropriate time. One just knows — without knowing how one knows or when one came to know.

Aside from the strength or subtlety of these awarenesses, the form can vary greatly as well. Some people will see images or hear voices (either literally through the auditory faculties of their ears or in their heads or minds). Some may see or sense colors. Others may have an impression that does not come in the form of one of the five senses.

Some people are very sensitive to energy, whether it’s the energy of a place or location, people’s energy, geological or geothermal energy, nature energy, animal or plant energy, or even color or light energy. Some people are sensitive to the energy of objects, receiving information from holding them. This latter form is called psychometry and many forensic psychics who specialize in working with police on solving crimes work with this form.

The type of information that comes from intuition can also vary. We have all had mundane experiences where we think of a song right before it’s played on the radio or think of someone just before they call on the phone. Psychic information can come in the form of events — what is going to happen — whether trivial or significant. It can also come in the form of meaning, what the meaning or significance is of what someone is going through.

There are truly many variations on the forms and types of intuitive experiences and the information they may provide, as well as the way they come to people. I am often asked by clients how I receive my information and what form it comes in.

It took me a long time to figure this out and to know how to respond, because I was not doing what I thought an intuitive did (or should do?). (I read people’s energy — directly experiencing it — on a level not usually associated with the body, receive information, and work to interpret it — usually in the form of a direct experiencing that is difficult to define, a sense, an impression, sometimes visual images, sometimes words or quotations, sometimes colours, etc. I am particularly sensitive to people’s and animals’ energy.

And I also have a deeply seated knowing about things.) Some intuitives/psychics specialize in certain types of phenomena or information: some specialize in health, working as medical intuitives; some, in finding missing people or lost objects; some, in communicating with passed-on loved ones; some, in animal communication; etc. Some people directly access their information; others work with guides as intermediaries.

The point I would like to make is that intuition/psychic informational experiences are a much richer, more complex, and diversified phenomena than most of us have realized and, because of their richness and complex beauty, are well deserving of our admiration as another of the universe’s creations and marvels.

We can all have one or more types of intuition in one or more forms. The information or content we get can run the gamut from the mundane to the divinely sublime. But we all usually have some form or forms of it, and, if we’re truly open and don’t put preconceived terms and self-imposed limitations on it, can receive many different types of information in different forms.

The trick is to start to work with what we have (and may not even know that we have). Ofttimes someone will have an ability and just assume that everyone else does. For instance, a gifted healer I know has always been able to see people’s organs and assumed that everyone else had this trait.

It is in starting to work with what we have that we start to open up the treasure chest that we have been given in our lives. There are many benefits of doing this aside from the trivial and temporary side effects of wowing or entertaining ourselves or others, or of simply manipulating energy or playing psychic games.

We can have many practical benefits in our lives with regard to information that can be helpful to us in a practical, quotidian fashion. For instance, we have all heard about people averting potential tragedy or catastrophe by heeding gut feelings or other intuitive information they received.

In addition and quite significantly, when we begin to tap into our own intuitive/psychic knowing ability, we begin to strengthen in ourselves. Once we begin to develop our own knowing, it is very powerful and deepening. No one can take that away from us. With knowing comes the beginning of understanding. And with understanding and insight can come wisdom if we are so open and so inclined.

There are many ways of starting to develop our innate gifts. There are several very good books on this subject that are available. I as well as others have taught workshops on this. One can just practice and feel one’s way along.

The key is to know how it works for us and also simply to believe that it is indeed there. We have to first acknowledge and own that we do, in fact, have some form(s) of intuitive ability. Once we figure out how ours manifests, we must honor our gifts and their form(s).

“One tricky little potential sticky point to using intuition/psychic ability is in learning to distinguish what is true knowing from what may be coming from our own “stuff” — our wants, needs, fears, mindsets, beliefs, etc. True intuition is not colored by emotional feelings; it is neutral, colorless. Nor is it filtered through our mindsets or cultural filters. If we get a feeling about something that is tinged with, for example, fear, it may just be coming from our own issues. Pure intuitive information is just that: pure, and uncontaminated by our “stuff.”

One reason why it may have been more difficult for us in our contemporary Western culture to work with our intuition, aside from the fact that it hasn’t been valued in our culture, is that it often works in a different way from our normally used and encouraged faculties. Intuition is receptive.

It is a receiving of information, which is a different mode from that of our left-brain logical modes which are active as we analyse and probe. Instead of trying to figure things out intuitively (which doesn’t work because it’s a figurative oxymoron), we must instead receive information, paying attention to what comes. I am convinced that we all receive information all the time. It’s just that we aren’t trained or encouraged to pay attention to these subtleties.

As a matter of fact, I am convinced that we are all spoken to all the time by this wonderful universe, if we are inclined to listen or pay attention to the signs we are given.

It is perhaps my own personal prejudice, but I also feel that the highest manifestations of intuition/psychic information come in a spiritual form and/or have spiritual relevance — that give us information for our own progress on our paths (or for others on their paths).

I haven’t figured it all out yet, but I have a strong sense that the more we connect to the knowing place within ourselves, the more we also connect to the divine. And the more we consciously connect with the divine, the more true knowing we have.

We don’t have to become professional practicing intuitives or psychics to develop our potential and benefit from it. Intuition is real. It is a very natural part of life. And it can be yours if you desire for it to be. It can enrich your life, as well as that of others around you. And it is deserving of our respect, because it can serve a quite honorable purpose.

Are you ready to embrace your humanity?

Many of us are on a spiritual path. We are relentlessly seeking, meditating, chanting, drumming and studying all sorts of modalities to help us heal or understand who we really are and what our true purpose is. Every day, I encounter such individuals serious about their journey, asking to further their spirituality and cosmic understanding. “I am eager to heal my deepest fears” they say, “and I want to release my blocks so that I may manifest my Earthly purpose and achieve enlightenment.” Fair enough.

energy-seeds-of-lightAs I begin to reprogram the deeply seated blocks and fears, I seem to always arrive to a bottom line, no matter who the person is, what spiritual background they may have or what the nature of their struggle may be. The bottom line is a conscious or unconscious resistance to our own physicality and the desire to escape this human form. We either feel we do not belong to the human species as we awaken to our superior “outer-worldly” lineage or in most cases, we simply abhor carrying a physical body that continuously reminds us of our human limitations and finite nature.

I also see the common struggle, the confusion and anger of having to engage in this physical journey. Often times, I observe serious resentment towards our own spirit family – even the Creator – and the strong desire to revoke and destroy this entire material existence. Even those most advanced in their awakening process, if given the opportunity to return to spirit at this very moment, will take it in a single breath. But why? And how could we awaken fully to our Earthly purpose or achieve enlightenment if we are not ourselves convinced of wanting to be a human in the first place? It is because we have not come to terms with our own physicality and truly understood what it entails.

Physicality is not only our physical body. It is holding the human form in a material reality that is an extension of a much larger universal consciousness. Also, this material existence and this human form are purposeful. Among many reasons, the purpose of your physical body is to provide a carrier for higher universal information to be implanted within the human frequency range and consciousness; Your physical body provides a unique access to the collective human consciousness that you could not otherwise access and more importantly transmute or elevate; Your physical body holds the key to your own awakening as you begin to balance your physical cells with the higher frequencies of your true universal DNA; And finally, your physical body allows you to implant a new DNA configuration that eventually becomes the future human species on Earth.

There are many views on the current and upcoming Earthly changes, in particular those related to the year 2012. Most seem to focus primarily on the geophysical changes occurring on the Earth. However, as I describe this topic in detail in my book “The Divine Plan: Beyond 2012”, these changes are multi-dimensional. In addition to the geophysical aspect, there are unprecedented solar and magnetic changes, galactic and universal re-alignments of the Earth Grid, the simultaneous arrival of new  universal beings from various parts of the multiverse and more importantly, the changes involve the entire re-configuration of the human species into a new highly evolved creation.

Through your physical presence and body, you are partaking in the making, refining and manifesting the future consciousness of this new species. In other words, you are the carrier of the future DNA of this human race and if that alone is not reason enough to begin considering your physical body as purposeful, if not sacred, I am not sure what is.

So if you want to truly awaken to your Earthly purpose, realize your divinity and fully master the human condition, begin loving your physical instrument and honoring your physicality. You may also simply invoke “Source Energy” to reprogram your cells and implement this fundamental transformation of your being. Source Energy or Source Frequency speeds up your awakening process drastically and allows your existence in human form to become a coherent and seamless extension of who you really are in spirit form rather than a temporary burdensome form that is irrelevant to your true essence. Source frequency connects you instantly with the energy of Love, Truth, Beauty and Goodness, the very fabric of your own Divine Creator that is now being brought to humanity by you and through your physical body.

Connecting With the Archangels

The angelic realm’s mission is to protect, nurture, and guide humanity. Races, cultures, and religions may have diverse and conflicting doctrines, but they all have one thing in common—a belief in Angels. In fact, 85 percent of all religions reference Angels in some form or another.

Angelic Beings team up to assist us in connecting the physical world to the spiritual world. Angels offer unconditional love, which is the essence of all that is. Open yourself up to the possibility that Angels exist and invite them to help you with self-love, well-being, abundance, love, prosperity, peace, and joy. By asking, you allow them to assist on your behalf. Angels always honour free will and act only once invited, so remember to ask.

A Four-Step Process

There is a simple four-step process that will assist you in connecting with the Archangels.

1. Ask—Begin by asking for assistance: For the angels to help in any area of your life, you must first “ask” for their assistance. There is no right or wrong way to do this. A simple intention works just as well as a verbal expression or a telepathic conversation. Simply saying, “Angels, please help me,” is enough.

Asking in a way that feels appropriate to you will ensure that the Angels will answer your call and stand by your side. The important step is to recognize that you are in need of support, guidance, direction, encouragement, etc., and be willing to ask for it.

2. Allow—Release the need to control the situation and be open to receive: Allowing is as easy as “getting out of your own way.” When you release the need to control situations, people, and emotions, and just allow the flow and the laws of the Universe to work on your behalf, then you open up room for all of the good to come into your life.

Allowing frees up your energy to do the things that make you happy and to receive the abundance that is innately yours. Your Angels always see your life from the perspective of allowing. They support that vision “for you” and “within you” until you are able to feel it for yourself.

The sooner you learn to let go of resistance and start affirming what you desire, the sooner you will come into alignment with what you are asking for. Once the asking and allowing are in alignment with one another, then you are well on your way to believing.

3. Believe—Trust that the Angels will guide you in perfect divine time: Trust can be one of the most difficult attitudes to adopt, especially when you do not have any evidence that you will receive what you desire.

Trusting typically requires you to be vulnerable with others and, in this case, with the Angels. I made a decision a long time ago when I started working with the angelic realm, and that decision was to give up “suspicions.” I made a conscious choice to be optimistic rather than pessimistic, and that choice proved to be instrumental in my working relationship with my Archangels.

So it is your choice to trust that you are being guided in the perfect divine time. If you are feeling a desire from your heart, trust that the Angels will guide you in the perfect way for your highest good.

4. Receive—Listen to your intuitive guidance and give thanks: You’ve asked, allowed, and believed. The last step is to now receive. Your Archangels and guides will send you many messages. It could be a song on the radio, the flicker of a light, a sign on a bus, the letters on a license plate.

Messages come in many ways and many forms, and I ask that you be open to receiving them in ways that may be new or different to you. As the messages and signs appear, you will find that they will validate that you are on the right path. And, finally, remember to give thanks for the abundance, joy, happiness, and love that are presently in your life. Don’t give up five minutes before the miracle happens. Stay open to receive all that is yours.
