Spiritual Tarot and Guidance ~ Sacred Journey

Hi everyone ~ this reading is for the 12th ~ 18th September 2021, but I trust as always that whenever it finds you that the Spiritual & Angelic Realms will have a message for you in this reading that also applies at that time.

I apologise for this reading being a little late. The reason is that I have received some bad news over the past few days that has really “knocked me back”. I have been told by my heart consultant that I have to have a triple heart bypass. Those that know me and follow me will know that I have coronary heart disease. It has worsened and therefore need the operation.

I will try to keep posting the messages as often as I can but there may a period when I am unable too. I have no set time or date for operation as yet and have more tests and scans to go through. I will keep you informed. Thank you for your support.

Our first card for this weeks message from the spiritual and angelic realms is Change & the message on the card is: “I understand that nothing can grow or evolve without movement” We all know this to be true, but how many of us try to fight it?

Change is growth but so many of us fear the even the thought of it. Often we are going into the unknown, unsure how things will work out. But we must understand that life happens and that it’s supposed to happen. Without change we have stagnation, life cannot move forward, no lessons can be learned, no experienced can be had, our souls path cannot be completed.

Our next message came through the card of Liberation. Again this card also can speak of the need for change. Often we cling to what some call “the norm”, we become attached to habits, to people, to places, we do things out of habit. However life even though we may not realise it is always in momentum. It is always changing and moving around us, even if it doesn’t directly affect us, it’s happening and there is nothing we can do to stop it.

So the best thing we can do is accept it, after all some changes are for the best even though we may not feel it or realise it at the time. The message from the spiritual and angelic realms is to “Liberate” ourselves and break free from the fear and anxiety that can come with change. Accept that change is a necessary part of life, accept it and calm the sense of panic that can rise inside us. Look to the lesson that is there to be learned, that will probably serve us well in the future.

I’m sure that you can now see the “theme” of the message from the spiritual and angelic realms that is coming through for this week. Our next card was Sacred Journey. The message here is reminding us that we all have our own individual path to walk . A path that is often full of it’s twists and turns, and with it, change. But as we learn, grow and understand the challenges that we face, it also brings us the Liberation that our soul needs to continue on it’s journey.

We are all on our own individual Sacred Journey. We have the family we are born in to, we have close friends, acquaintances that can also become our teachers. Each play their part on our journey. All of them help us to learn the lessons that we are here to learn.

They also bring with them change both good and bad. But they also help with the liberation of our soul as we grow and change through the drama that is created. This also helps us a we deepen our understanding of one most important elements of all.. and that is LOVE.

This then brings us nicely to our final card “Lost Love”. This card although you may not at first realise it, is a card of healing. When we lose someone whether it is a partner, mother, father, family member or close friend in some way, it also brings with it not only the pain of loss but also of change. Life will never be the same again, what will we do now?

The only thing that we can do is accept the truth of what is, let the emotions flow over and through us, We may not be able to accept it at the time, but everything truly does happen for a reason. The only thing we can do is to surrender to the emotions and allow the healing to take place.

Life is an eternal endless cycle of change, love, lessons to be learned and experiences to be had. As we walk our path our soul becomes more liberated as we continue on our own Sacred Journey.

Until next time… Please take care and stay safe.

The Essential Keys to Spiritual Development

The Essential Keys to Spiritual Development. How many of us view having inner balance, a sense of oneness and peace with the world as something that truly completes us?

The Essential Keys to Spiritual Development

When we think of our wellbeing, the first thing that usually comes to mind is our physical health. We equate it with how fit we are, how healthy the food we eat is, and how much vitamins and mineral supplements we ingest. But how often do we primarily equate it with spiritual development? How many of us view having inner balance, a sense of oneness and peace with the world as something that truly completes us? If you feel that you need to work on this area of your life, here are some of the essential keys you need to know and practice:

Control your thoughts.

Spiritual development starts with removing all negativity from your thoughts. For instance, if you’re the type who always thinks of the worst case scenario, train yourself to be rational. Did your spouse fail to return your calls or messages on time?

Rather than quickly assuming that they may have gotten into an accident, think of alternative, less nerve-wracking reasons. They may be in an area where the signal is pretty bad; hence they are unable to respond. Or they may have gotten caught up in a last minute emergency meeting in the office. Choosing to think of the “lesser evil” of the possible reasons will help calm you down and sustain your inner balance.

Control your actions.

Your actions in the heat of the moment reflect the state of your inner balance. Don’t let your knee-jerk reactions get in the way of your spiritual development. You need to be in control of yourself during trying times. Getting carried away will only open you up to a world of regret when you have calmed down and reflected on your unsavoury behaviour. So if you want to minimize regrets and lessen the chances of destroying relationships permanently, count one to ten before you slap the offending party in the face!

Control your emotions.

Spiritual development is also dependent on your ability to control your emotions. If you get easily flustered, panicky or hysterical when you hear bad news, get insulted or receive poor reviews, you won’t be able to attain inner balance and peace. Not to mention you will surely end up with high blood pressure and extreme anxiety which could lead to serious health issues!

So the way to solve this is to build emotional resilience. Learn to detach yourself from the smallest, most insignificant things and focus only on those that matter. Handle crisis, stress and pressure calmly and with a level head. It also helps to plan ahead for outcomes you can easily predict; that way you’re not caught unaware and you lessen your chances of going on panic mode.

Be open-minded and flexible.

Some of us can be micromanaging control freaks! If you are one, then surely you know the feeling of having your inner balance thrown off when things don’t go your way. If you give your child maths lessons so that he gets an A+ in the test, then he comes home with an A-minus, it’s not the end of the world. Don’t plan your travel itinerary to the letter because you might get crushed when the museum you planned to visit happens to be closed that day. Learn to look past the disappointments and focus on the good things. Learning to adapt to situations keeps you calm and, as a result, helps you achieve spiritual development.

Practice tolerance.

In order to be at peace with yourself and with the world, you need to accept that people are different. There are cultures, religions, norms, political views and social practices that may seem alien to you, but if you exercise tolerance and respect for others, you will easily achieve spiritual development. Remove all prejudice and hatred from your heart. You will become a much better person without being weighed down by “preconceived garbage” in your heart and mind. Live and let live; with this maxim, attaining inner balance should be a cinch.

Achieving internal harmony need not require a trip to a monastery in some far flung nation. The truth is, the process starts and ends within you. So, rather than literally crossing mountains to find your enlightenment, aim to move mountains within by removing all barriers to your spiritual growth and development.

The 12 Karmic Laws

“As you sow, so shall you reap”. This is also known as the “Law of Cause and Effect”.

Whatever we put out in the Universe is what comes back to us.

If what we want is Happiness, Peace, Love, Friendship… Then we should BE Happy, Peaceful, Loving and a True Friend.

Life doesn’t just HAPPEN, it requires our participation.

We are one with the Universe, both inside and out.

Whatever surrounds us gives us clues to our inner state.

BE yourself, and surround yourself with what you want to have present in your Life.

What you refuse to accept, will continue for you.

If what we see is an enemy, or someone with a character trait that we find to be negative, then we ourselves are not focused on a higher level of existence.

“Wherever you go, there you are”.

For us to GROW in Spirit, it is we who must change – and not the people, places or things around us.

The only given we have in our lives is OURSELVES and that is the only factor we have control over.

When we change who and what we are within our heart our life follows suit and changes too.

Whenever there is something wrong in my life, there is something wrong in me.

We mirror what surrounds us – and what surrounds us mirrors us; this is a Universal Truth.

We must take responsibility what is in our life.

Even if something we do seems inconsequential, it is very important that it gets done as everything in the Universe is connected.

Each step leads to the next step, and so forth and so on.

Someone must do the initial work to get a job done.

Neither the first step nor the last are of greater significance,

As they were both needed to accomplish the task.

    Past – Present – Future… They are all connected…

  7. THE LAW OF FOCUS (You can not think of two things at the same time.)

When our focus is on Spiritual Values, it is impossible for us to have lower thoughts such as greed or anger.

If you believe something to be true, then sometime in your life you will be called upon to demonstrate that particular truth. Here is where we put what we CLAIM that we have learned, into actual PRACTICE.

Looking backward to examine what was, prevents us from being totally in the HERE AND NOW.

Old thoughts, old patterns of behavior, old dreams… Prevent us from having new ones.

History repeats itself until we learn the lessons that we need to change our path.

    All Rewards require initial toil.

Rewards of lasting value require patient and persistent toil.

True joy follows doing what we’re suppose to be doing, and waiting for the reward to come in on it’s own time.

You get back from something whatever YOU have put into it.

The true value of something is a direct result of the energy and intent that is put into it.

Every personal contribution is also a contribution to the Whole.

Lack luster contributions have no impact on the Whole, nor do they work to diminish it.

Loving contributions bring life to, and inspire, the Whole.

Raising Others Up

We all have those around us that we love and care about. So, naturally when we experience growth, we want our loved ones to grow with us. Except they don’t always want to come along. This is an area of frustration for many people, especially those on a path of spiritual growth.

Why don’t they see it? The first area of confusion is “why wouldn’t they?” We just don’t understand why someone we love wouldn’t choose our current mode of feeling good. Why we’ve discovered the answer, we think, and I’ve got to share it with everyone!

But the problem is they don’t see things the same from where they are. And words don’t teach anyway. The best you can do is to BE the answer. Or rather, be the example of a happy, spiritually growing person who is connected to Source Energy. In their own time, they will see it, and ask you for help. And voilá: ask and it is given.

You may ask: Is there nothing at all I can do to help my loved ones? Well, actually there are a few things that you can do right now that will immediately impact and help those around you.

One: Appreciate. Find something to appreciate in the people you love everyday. Anything you can focus your attention upon that calls up the quality of appreciation in you is perfect. Doesn’t matter what it is. Because when you are “tuned in” while focusing on them – they benefit. How this works is the subject for another day. Just try it and see for yourself.

Two: Listen. When you practice the great art of listening, your world takes on a new perspective. You are better able to understand your loved one as well as appreciate them. Listening is one of the highest forms of love. Think of the people who really listen to you. Love them, don’t you?

Three: Keep the focus on you. You are the only person you can change. You can alter your thoughts and therefore change your life! This is the great news of our generation and this “age of enlightenment” that we are experiencing. So whenever you are disturbed, even if that disturbance is your observation of your loved one “gone wrong” — turn your focus back to you. Calm your own disturbance and find a way to love and accept more, judge less. And all will surely be well.

Uplifting others is a beautiful thing, but it takes a little finesse to accomplish. Develop these three practices, by doing them everyday and the change in your relationships will not be lost on you. And those loved ones…they will love it!
